Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have a right to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides rights for covered consumer health data but is not a broad deletion law for government records. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Records held by Pierce County or Washington agencies remain under the custodian's control.
