Why This Site Exists
Parkland is an unincorporated Pierce County community. The Pierce County Auditor records deeds, liens, and marriages, while the courts provide party-name indexes and the Assessor-Treasurer links parcels with owners. Elections, vital records, licenses, businesses, and genealogy collections each have different keepers. We bring those official tools, office contacts, and access limits into one clear starting point.
What We Provide

Limits on Our Role
This is a privately run reference site, not part of Pierce County, Washington, a court, or any custodian. Parkland has no municipal records office. Our role has firm limits:

- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Parkland
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
